–  Publication of the submitted scientific papers or extended workshop abstract in the Symposium proceedings.

– Free access to the November 7th (Romantso) and November 9th (Epidaurus) concerts

– Free round-trip transportation to Epidaurus (attendees are responsible for booking their accommodation to Epidaurus)

– Coffee and snacks during conference breaks

– Discounted lunch prices in selected restaurants.

– Reception brunch in Athens (November 7th) and Nafplio (November 9th)

* All conference attendees associated with a publication or workshop
should register before the October 15th deadline, to be able to
participate in the conference

** At least one registration per presented submission (paper or workshop)

in the conference.
